Birthday Party Package
Includes: Up to three hours of room rental and a guided tour
Capacity: 12 children maximum. Food and eating utensils are not provided.
Rental Fee: $150 (ages 5 and up only)
Conservatory Complex
Includes: The Garden Room, Exhibit Hall and Events Plaza
Capacity: 250 guests.
Rental Rates: 5-7 hours for $1000.
Available after 4:30pm only.

Mahlstede Building (Speer Room)
Capacity: 48 guests seated at rectangular tables of eight or 125 guests standing.
Additional arrangements can be made to seat 64 guests.
Rental Rates: 1-3 hr.= $200, 4-6 hr.= $350, 7-10 hr.= $500
Garden Room
Includes: Audiovisual equipment, podium, and two simultaneous screens
Capacity: 120 guests seated at round tables of eight, 160 guests seated lecture style, or 200 guests standing.
Rental Rate: 1-3 hr.= $400, 4-6 hr.=$550, 7-10 hr.=$700
Deposit: $150 at time of reservation
Hunziker House
Includes: Outdoor Living Room
Capacity: 48 guests seated at rectangular tables of eight or 125 guests standing.
Additional arrangements can be made to seat 64 guests.

Game Day Tailgate Package One
Includes: Mahlstede Building or the Conservatory Complex
Capacity: 450 guests maximum. No parking is available on game days.
Rental Fee: $1,000
Game Day Tailgate Package Two
Includes: Hunziker House and Outdoor Living room OR Mahlstede Building and Outdoor Patio
Capacity: 250 guests maximum. No parking is available on game days.
Rental Fee: $800
Christina Reiman Butterfly Wing
Capacity: 45 guests maximum for special occasions or meetings.
Rental Fee: $500/hour
Conservatory
The Conservatory is available when combined with another rental at the Gardens at a rate of $100 per hour.
