Guided Tours
Guided Adult Tours
Reiman Gardens adult tours last about one hour and include either a tour of the Christina Reiman Butterfly Wing and the indoor conservatory or a tour of the Gardens. The fee for a one hour guided tour is $10 per person. Tours must be arranged at least two weeks in advance. Minimum group size is 10. Groups of 20 or more receive a $1 discount. Guided Youth Tours
Plan a visit to Reiman Gardens for a unique learning experience. See hundreds of native and tropical butterflies Watch butterflies emerge from their chrysalides in the emergence cases. Learn about plant and insect life cycles. Enjoy the beautiful tropical conservatory and 14-acre garden. Children of all ages enjoy tours at Reiman Gardens. Guided tours are $5.50 per child, including admission, an orientation presentation and age- appropriate tour. No charge for teachers, school personnel or bus drivers. All other adults (parents/guardians) pay the regular admission fee. Minimum group size is 12, maximum 50. Tours must be arranged at least two weeks in advance. Iowa State University Classes
Any Iowa State University class may use the Gardens for classwork without an admission charge by calling Reiman Gardens at (515) 294- 2710 to notify us of the hours of the class visit(s).
