About the Job: Bailey Bolke – Gift Shop Intern

Hello fellow readers, I am the new summer intern for the Gift Shop here at Reiman Gardens. My day-to-day task is to make sure the Gift Shop is looking its best. I constantly make sure the products are kept in perfect condition.

I also deal with costumers every day. I love seeing new faces and helping out with all different kinds of people each day. I do a lot of displays that help show our products a little better.

The photo is a display I did in May that is outside the coffee shop. My intern project this year is Iowa State University themed. The Gift Shop is very limited on what they have regarding to Iowa State.

So my job is to go to market at the end of June and find things that complement the colors of Iowa State and/or actual Iowa State material. I am really excited and cannot wait for everyone to see my display this July.
