Using Magnifying Glasses

Get more out of your next visit to the Christina Reiman Butterfly Wing by requesting one of the several magnifying glasses available for visitors young and old. Most butterflies will stay in one place long enough for you to truly examine these beauties up close to take in the magnificent detail of their wing markings and body formation. Helpful hint: when using a magnifying glass, don’t hold it close to your eye like a cartoon detective. Instead, hold it close to the subject and move it closer and then farther to get just the right clarity.
