COVID-19 Information

Reiman Gardens is happy to be able to welcome visitors back to our outdoor gardens. Due to COVID-19 safety concerns, several rules and restrictions will be in place. Please carefully read all information HERE regarding these rules and changes. Ensuring the health and safety of our visitors and staff is of utmost importance to us. We thank you for your help in keeping everyone safe!

Hours: 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Please note the opening time is one hour later than our previous summer hours.

Masks: Wearing masks is required when 6′ physical distancing is not possible – please bring a face covering.

Entrance location change: All admissions will take place at the east entrance (outdoor) across from parking lot S2. Visitors are encouraged to park in lot S2 if possible.

Building closures: Conservatory Complex including the Hughes Conservatory and Butterfly Wing, Mahlstede Building and Hunziker House. We are offering a special Butterfly Wing tour, for an additional fee, for a limited time while the Conservatory Complex remains closed to the public because of COVID-19. Learn more about the Butterfly Wing tour. The Gift Shop has reopened with limited hours of Monday – Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Learn more about the Gift Shop’s safety protocol.

Education Programs – we are offering limited in-person education programs and events, as well as some virtual programs, and self-guided tours.  Visit our Events page to register for classes.

Wheelchairs & Electric Scooters Checkout Not Available: Unfortunately due to health concerns, we will not be able to provide these items at this time. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs and scooters if needed.

WARNING: Reiman Gardens cannot guarantee an environment free of the risk of transmission of COVID-19. Visiting Reiman Gardens includes possible exposure to and serious illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. Visit at your own risk.

We reserve the right to limit capacity and enforce pandemic precautions.
