June 2016 A Flutter of Color: Butterflies and Other Insects

Thursday, June 23 from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

The colors and patterns found on butterflies and moths speak volumes. Come learn what they are saying! This engaging lecture will cover how color and pattern on butterflies and moths play a key role in their day to day activities. Camouflage, UV patterns, courtship displays and more will be covered by Reiman Gardens’ Butterfly Wing Curator, Nathan Brockman.

Preregistration with prepayment is required by Tuesday, June 21. Cost is $12 for members and $15 for the general public.
