June 2016 Beginner Photography
A four week class on Tuesdays May 31, June 7, June 14, and June 21 from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m.
Join professional photographer and instructor Mark Stoltenberg for a four-part class covering the basics of photography including equipment and how to use it, depth of field, aperture, light, composition, finding your subject and tips and tricks.
Each class is broken into three parts: classroom discussion, hands-on practice taking pictures by the students and review of the images taken. You will need to bring the following to each class: your DSLR camera & sturdy tripod. This class is the prerequisite for many other photography classes offered at Reiman Gardens.
Preregistration with prepayment is required by Friday, May 27. Register early – this class fills up fast!
Cost is $72 for members and $90 for the general public. Iowa State University students receive 15% off the member price for most education programs at Reiman Gardens.
