From Soil to Sky: Herbaceous Plants, Woody Plants, and Trees

What’s the difference between herbaceous and woody plants? Learn how to plant for biodiversity through thoughtful tree and shrub selection, planting strategies, and care. This class will cover various perennials, annuals, and biennials. Attendees will receive a plant start in a recycled pot, and additional resources.

Preregistration with prepayment is required by Thursday, May 19. Limited spots available.
We are able to offer this program and any associated supplies at a low cost to attendees thanks to granted funds from the Stanley Smith Horticultural Trust.
