Gardening is good for us! Whether we garden for food, beauty, or community, or to keep active or connected to nature, the act of cultivating growth and touching the earth has benefits for our physical and mental health. In this unique program presented by Assistant Director and ISU Horticulture professor Aaron Steil with Education Manager Sara Merritt, learn how to transform the acts of gardening into a mindfulness practice for increased wellbeing, then stay for a gardening Q&A.

Pre-registration with pre-payment is required by Tuesday, June 15.
