Ground to Ground: Reducing Waste

Gain expertise on reducing waste in your kitchen and home from Certified Master Herbalist Gayle Curtis as she shares strategies for using plants for fresh air and cutting down on kitchen waste. Sample a zero waste salad, and learn more about re-growing from scraps, preserving, and composting. Preregistration with prepayment is required by Thursday, May 11.
