2016 Independence Day Fireworks

July 3 from 6:00 p.m. until the close of the fireworks

Reiman Gardens is open all day on July 3rd from 9:00 a.m. to the conclusion of the  fireworks display which is across the street from the Gardens.

The Young Professionals of Ames, in partnership with the Ames Convention & Visitors Bureau Community Grant Program, the City of Ames and Iowa State University is excited to present the Ames 2016 fireworks.

The High Society Big Band will perform from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Visitors may bring their folding chairs, coolers with food and drinks, but must keep all fireworks and sparklers outside the fence.

Reiman Gardens will also be open on July 4th, so bring your family for some fun.

If it rains on July 3, the fireworks will be moved to July 5.

Regular admission rates apply during Reiman Gardens' standard hours. From 6:00 p.m. until the conclusion of the fireworks, admission is free for everyone.
