What’s on Your Plate? Eating Bugs!

Sunday, August 11, 1:00 – 3:00 p.m.

Learn about insects eaten around the world, the reasons why, and even participate in a TASTING! Ever wondered where your food comes from? It can be easy to forget, but all the food we see in the store comes from the natural world, not from a shelf. Join us for a four-part program exploring the ways in which we cultivate, consume, and culturally connect to our favorite foods.
Education program for youth and adults age 8 and up. Preregistration with prepayment is required the Thursday before the program.
