Garbage vs. compost: how much food is thrown away even before we see it at the store? Ever wondered where your food comes from? It can be easy to forget, but all the food we see in the store comes from the natural world, not from a shelf. Join us for a four-part program exploring the ways in which we cultivate, consume, and culturally connect to our favorite foods.
Education program for youth and adults age 8 and up. Preregistration with prepayment is required the Thursday before the program.
