Winter Nature Meditation
4-week program beginning Monday, November 27, 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
The colder months can be especially hard on the body. But nature is restorative – even in winter! Learn to get the most out of your nature experience with Camilla Kottman, expressive therapies instructor, as she leads you through progressive relaxation, guided imagery, and movement techniques to help promote wellness, warmth, and relaxation. Open to anyone ages 13+. Preregistration with prepayment is required by Friday, November 24.
