This stunning building is perfect for large meetings and receptions and features dozens of floor to ceiling windows with views of the tropical Conservatory and outdoor Gardens. Rental of the Conservatory Complex gives you access to the Garden Room, Events Hall, Events Plaza, and Conservatory.

Room Set-Up

The Conservatory Complex comes in a neutral setting that works well for many different functions. Alternate room set-ups can be arranged for a small fee. If you choose arrangement option A the cost is $50. All other room set-ups are $100.

Alternate room set-up (see Room Set-Up section above)

Tents – arrangements can be made with an outside vendor to set-up a tent on the Events Plaza. A $100 tent set-up fee will be charged if outdoor furniture must be moved.

Dance Floor – arrangements can be made with an outside vendor to set-up a dance floor on the Events Plaza or in the Garden Room (which will reduce seating capacity)
