Ticket Information

Ticket sales begin September 1.

  • Timed tickets are for a specific day and entry time window. You can enter any time in the half hour following your entry time. Stay as long as you wish!
  • Buy your tickets early, as popular time slots sell out quickly! Advance tickets must be purchased online.
  • Tickets are NOT refundable, but are transferable to another person for the same date, time, and price category. Last entry is 9:00 p.m.
  • Events will take place rain, snow, or shine.

Important Notes

Jack-o-lanterns line the water feature at Sycamore Falls.
  • Reiman Gardens will close early at 4:00 p.m. to set up for Spirits in the Gardens on Saturdays and Sundays of the event.
  • We are not able to check out our wheelchairs or mobile scooters for this event. No pets allowed, other than service animals.
  • Bathrooms are located in our main building and at Sycamore Falls.
  • Path Length: The path is approximately 3/4 of a mile and is under 5% slope. It takes 40-80 minutes to walk in entirety.
  • Accessibility: The entire path is ADA accessible. 90% of the path is paved.
