Last entry is at 3:00 p.m. All visitors will need to leave by 4:00 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Celebrate the season at Reiman Gardens’ enchanting holiday light show!

Featuring more than 200,000 dazzling lights throughout 17 acres of outdoor gardens, this walk-through light show includes popular favorites, as well as fun new surprises. Experience captivating tunnels that surround you with color, massive laser-lit disco balls, dynamic light strands dancing across a frozen lake, a whimsical re-creation of the game time favorite Candy Land, and so much more. Don’t miss the lights, colors, music and magic of Winter Wonderscape.

Reiman Gardens will close early on these days at 4:00 p.m. for set up (last entry at 3:00 p.m.)

S'mores with graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows

S'mores Making

Join in this fun activity available on select evenings of Winter Wonderscape! S'mores roasting stations are located outside on our Paved Courtyard near Hunziker House (look for the lighted sign or click the link below to see the location on our route map). S'mores kits, including enough marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers for two s'mores, are available for purchase near the roasting stations for $5/kit.

This activity is currently planned for all Winter Wonderscape evenings through December 23 but will be dependent on weather conditions and staffing. Any cancellations will be posted on our Facebook page.

Holiday Toy Drive

December 6 - Holiday Toy Drive

Bring a new, unwrapped toy to Winter Wonderscape on December 6 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. and meet members of the ISU Women’s Basketball Team! 
 
BONUS GIVEAWAY:
The first 125 guests who donate a toy will receive a free ticket to the Iowa State vs. Northern Illinois WBB game on December 7.

Ames Music Initiative

December 12 - Ames Music Initiative

Ames Music Initiative (AMI) is an Ames High club committed to sharing music throughout the community. Join AMI on December 12 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Winter Wonderscape for a night of musical performance! Ames High School musicians will share music through voice, strings, and wind.
